High Acoustic Absorption Soundproof Wall Panels

The following methods can be used to restore them to their normal size:

◼ After receiving, open the vacuum package and place the sound absorbing panels in a ventilated area for about 24-48 hours.

◼ Another method is to soak the soundproofing foam in water so that each absorbs the water. Then twist the sound-absorbing panel out of the water and air dry or use a hair dryer.

◼ Place them in a sunny and ventilated area for the foam to absorb the heat. (All above methods can be applied)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either resend your item free of charge or issue a full refund within 5–10 business days. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item unless deemed necessary.

If the product is not defective but you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a fair solution.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the item does not meet the above criteria, it will not be eligible for return.
