Refund policy
1. Right of Return Returns are only accepted for wrong or defective items. Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
2. Request Deadline If you receive a wrong or defective product, contact info@youneeeed.com within 14 days of delivery, providing:
- Order number
- Clear photos documenting the issue
3. Process & Time Limits The request will be reviewed within 1–3 business days. If approved, you will be offered either:
- Replacement — sent at no additional cost, without requiring the return of the original item
- Full refund within 5–10 business days from approval
- Store credit as an alternative, if preferred
4. Exceptions Products must be in original, unused condition and in their packaging. The following are excluded from the return policy:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
5. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, without additional cost, in case of a change of mind.
