REFUND POLICY & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU) If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Contact us at info@youneeeed.com with your full name and order number. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. If approved, we offer:

  • Replacement — shipped at no extra cost, no return of original item required
  • Full refund — within 5–10 business days of approval
  • Store credit — as an alternative option

3. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no extra cost.

4. Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that have been unsealed or used
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
