Where is my order? 

In your account you can see the status of your order. You will receive an email from us when tracking is available with the link and tracking number. In the event that your order consists of different products (multiple packages), each package may has a separate tracking link. However, shipping will always remain Free.

  • The delivery time is indicated for shipments exclusively in Greece.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method of the products and the customer's address.
  • In case of cancellation or if there are difficulties in processing your order, a notification will be sent as soon as the problem is detected.
  • Please note that we make every effort to deliver your products within the estimated delivery time. However, we are not responsible for any delivery delay due to causes beyond our control, such as in cases of adverse weather conditions, as well as during high demand periods such as festive periods. If there are any other issues or concerns regarding your order, you can contact us and we will immediately provide you with all the necessary assistance.

Return Policy

If any product you purchased is defective, damaged, not as described, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day of delivery to customer service email: info@youneeeed.com

It is our policy to avoid returns as this may cause problems in our customer service. That's why, instead of requiring a return, we resend your order completely free of charge. In the event that the order cannot be accepted, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

In the unlikely event that the product you received is Defective or Damaged please provide us with photos or video evidence of the problem. Once we have checked the product, we will let you know the progress of the return process.

But we understand that there may be cases where the customer is not satisfied with the product. In such cases, we consider the matter individually and seek to find a solution that is fair and satisfactory to you. It is important to note that we do not accept returns for NON-defective or Damaged products.

(a) Return & Exchange

Within 14 days from the day of delivery, please confirm that:

-The items to be returned remain unused, intact and in their original packaging with the original label.

- You will pay for the return shipping. Items that do not meet the above criteria will be considered ineligible for return.

(b) Refund

We will email you once we have processed your refund or exchange.

(c) Cancellation of Order

To cancel an order, two conditions must be met at the same time: 1) it must be within 24 hours of placing the order. 2) the order is in a non-shipping status. Cancellation of the order is accepted Only if its shipment has not started.
