If you received a wrong, defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement or a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at info@youneeeed.com including your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either resend your item free of charge or issue a full refund within 5–10 business days. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item unless deemed necessary.
If the product is not defective but you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a fair solution.
Returns / Exchanges
Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the item does not meet the above criteria, it will not be eligible for return.
